How do I shop with Kalan?

To shop our souvenir/custom items, register for our website by clicking the purple registration button below or reach out to sales@kalanlp.com to be assigned a sales representative for your account.

To shop our toy & gift division, visit our Faire store by clicking the black shop wholesale button below or reach out to sales@kalanlp.com to be assigned a sales representative. Visit our Toy & Gift tap for a map of your local rep group.

What is the minimum order?

All orders must be at least $100. Items all will have a minimum quantity to order- please refer to the product details for more info.

How much is shipping?

We determine shipping at the end of your order being produced/pulled and will always choose the most cost efficient method whether UPS, Fedex, or truck shipping. If you would like to use your own shipping account, please supply your account number when placing your order. If you have special needs (lift gates, appointments, etc), please notify your sales person before completing your order. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. We also have a net terms option UPON approval of your credit application. Please note, credit applications may be timely in reviewing. If an order is needed immediately, please use a credit card as payment.

What is the production or turnaround time?

Our toy & gift items are stocked and ready to go. Production time is 5 days or less on these items.

Our custom in house items have a production time of 7-14 business days. Please check the item details for a better ETA.

For any items with doming (dome keyring, badge reels, cell stands, ornaments), there may be a longer production time due to the doming process.

Do you sell to the public?

We do not sell to the public. We are a wholesaler and only sell to retail locations with a resale tax ID.

Do you do exchanges and returns?

We do not take returns or exchanges. If an item is faulty, please reach out within 7 days of receiving with photo proof

Do you sell to Amazon resellers?

We are not selling to Amazon resellers at this time.
