RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please call your Sales Representative to get a return authorization label. This label must be attached to any packages shipped to Kalan or they will be refused. The customer is responsible for freight charges on return shipments; any returns sent freight collect will be refused. No credit will be issued for merchandise that has been stickered or damaged.
SHORTAGES & DAMAGES
Please check your order upon arrival. All claims for shortages and goods damaged in transit must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt of your order.
